Foreclosures Are the New Black
It seems that every national financial page I read is buzzing about foreclosures. As a result, a large percentage of potential home-buyers I talk to, whether they're first-timers or seasoned investors, tell me they're really only interested in looking at foreclosures.
While places like San Diego, Detroit and other diminishing markets are really the places to find these, we have a fair share of them in Oregon too. You can find a listing of them as well as information about how to purchase Oregon foreclosure properties here.
