My Lender is Bankrupt -- What Luck!
It hadn't occurred to me that some people might view the company to which they pay their mortgage going out of business as an early Christmas present.
Unfortunately, no matter what happens to your lender, there's somebody else out there who's ready to take your money instead. And yes, you have to pay them.
